Unleavened bread is a must for keeping the Passover and the feast of unleavened bread. This recipe is quick and easy to make in under 30 minutes, with only 4 ingredients and no leavening agents, which makes it perfect for the Passover.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • tsp salt
  • cup water

Instructions
 

  • Gather and measure out all ingredients. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine flour and salt in a large bowl, then add oil and mix. Slowly add the water, mixing all ingredients until the dough is soft.
  • Roll the dough into 6 even-sized balls and place on the prepped baking sheet.
  • With your hands, flatten each ball of dough into circles.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 mins or until golden brown Some ovens may vary.
