Unleavened Bread for Passover

Unleavened bread is a must for keeping the Passover and the feast of unleavened bread. This recipe is quick and easy to make in under 30 minutes, with only 4 ingredients and no leavening agents, which makes it perfect for the Passover.

- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup water
Gather and measure out all ingredients. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl, then add oil and mix. Slowly add the water, mixing all ingredients until the dough is soft.
Roll the dough into 6 even-sized balls and place on the prepped baking sheet.
With your hands, flatten each ball of dough into circles.
Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 mins or until golden brown Some ovens may vary.
